As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Sport CRM Team Leader to join its Retention team.
The main responsibilities of the role will include assisting with campaign creation, execution, optimization and analysis for all sports betting campaigns across our brands. You will also handle the settling of any manual promotion and be responsible for actioning any campaign amendments when needed. You will be naturally analytical and highly attentive, ensuring a good level of targeting, testing and reporting is applied across all campaigns.
Focused on fun and innovation, you’ll ensure that we build and maintain a best-in-class customer experience throughout the player lifecycle.
Reporting to our Retention Manager this role will have significant customer impact, bolstering customer experience and engagement.
YOUR ROLE
- You own the Sports promotions area by creating promotions communication streams that maximize the engagement and by collaborating with the content, design, and the rest of CRM department to also improve the results of the platform.
- You ideate and implemente player segmentations, and lifecycle streams
- You manage the Sport CRM team (2 people). The team is based in Belgium and you will be prepared to travel there from time to time.
- Overseeing and executing email, rich inbox, and push campaigns from start to finish.
- Benchmark customers’ flows in other gaming companies and also different industries
- You interpret the provided reports to pinpoint areas of improvement
- You participate in the creation of new reports that may yield more accurate results
- You collaborate with key business stakeholders: Business Intelligence, Data Science, IT Business (local & global), Marketing, UX, and, especially, content.
- You share recommendations of best practices with partnering stakeholders to create email campaigns that will ultimately increase engagement on-channel.
