As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join its Digital team.

The objective of the Paid Media Manager position is to plan, budget, set up, and monitor paid media campaigns across marketing platforms, with a specific focus on Paid Social and Google Ads. This role aims to support the company's business goals of maximizing player acquisition and amplifying the brand through best-in-class assets and brand initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop comprehensive media plans for brand and performance projects, outlining strategic approaches and implementation tactics.
  • Utilize agencies on an adhoc basis: brief agencies and monitor performance.
  • Oversee and optimize budgets to ensure efficient delivery of results within allocated resources.
  • Monitor and audit agencies for various brands and Business Units.
  • Createmanage, and optimize paid media activity across all available media platforms with a primary focus on paid social media platforms: Meta, X and Snapchat.
  • By managing creative development, conduct A/B Testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance.
  • Foster a transparent and collaborative relationship with all Business Units.
  • Analyse & interpret campaign data to distil most important information and provide recommendations for campaign improvements. 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing and ideally a first experience in similar position.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid analytics skills with the capability to manage budgets and analyze ad performance to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work seamlessly across departments and take the lead on driving initiatives.
